Bill Mosca's Microsoft Access Database Tools
I have developed several tools to make working with Access applications a little easier. I hope you find these freeware utilities useful.
Including Properties Setter
My most popular utility by far. This tool lets you connect to an Access MDB, MDE or MDA and see the database settings, startup form and whether or not it has an AutoExec Macro. Think of it as a Startup wizard.
You can change the settings using the Properties Setter without opening the target file. Did you set the database to disallow the Bypass Key? You can reset it. Need to change any of the other database settings? Just check the boxes you want changed. And click the Engage button.

CompareEM is a very simple to use utility to analyze a pair of related Microsoft Access databases, determine what has changed from one to the other, and then generate VBA code that will transform one into the other.
Find and Replace 9.0 is an add-in utility for Microsoft Access 2000 and 2002 (XP) and 2003 (as of version 9.00g)). It provides a "Find and Replace" function for Tables (searching design elements such as field names, not the data in the table), Queries, Forms, Reports, Macros, and Modules (Access only provides Find and Replace for Modules/CBF). Find And Replace can be used to change names of objects through the entire database (as compared to Access itself which provides minimal built-in name change propagation). In addition to facilitating name changes it has other uses, such as: a) changing the path in the connect string for attached tables (search for old path, replace with new; attachment gets refreshed) and b) searching for occurrences of a given function to enable you to change the parameters. The intended user of this module is a programmer. Additional features, available only to registered users, include a cross-reference report and set property wizard.

Plus other great products.
MZTools (Freeware)
MZ-Tools is a freeware add-in for Visual Basic 6.0, Visual Basic 5.0, and the Visual Basic For Applications editor (provided by a VBA-enabled application such as those in Office 2000-2007) which adds several productivity features to the IDE.

Query Dependency Add-in for Microsoft Access 1.0
The Questica Query Dependency add-in allows Microsoft, Access developers and users, to view and work with the dependencies of queries in a Jet database. Two modes are included: Dependencies and References. The Dependencies dialog shows you the hierarchical dependencies for a stored query, showing the entire tree of queries and tables that are used by a query. The References dialog shows all stored queries that reference a query or table.
The Smart Indenter is a utility to tidy up VBA code by rebuilding the indentation of each line. Most developers naturally indent code within control structures, such as For...Next, If...End If, etc. Many developers also indent all the code within a procedure, to ease identification of line labels, error handling blocks etc. From that point on, there is much more variety in indenting styles, ranging from how to treat declaration lines to handling end-of-line comments.
V-Tools (Freeware)
V-Tools is a pack of nice and useful tools to enhance your development. Those tools are available from the menu "Tools" , "Extensions". But it also has a VERY powerful searching tool (see description below). V-Tools is FREEWARE, it won't damage your database so don't hesitate to download it. Of course, it doesn't have any virus as you can check it yourself.
